Barely five days to the February 25 election, the Labour Party, LP, is putting finishing touches to its plans to take over governance.
It is gaining more faithful supporters.
The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has collapsed its structure into the Labour Party, endorsing the party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi and his running mate, Datti Baba-Ahmed ahead of the upcoming election.
Those who attended the event that also included the forming of the star alliance are: ADC National Chairman, BoT Chairman, and a chieftain of the Labour Party (LP), Professor Pat Utomi.
The endorsement came on the heels as a grand Coalition for Obi/Datti presidency.

The star alliance partners are: Nigeria Mothers for Good Governance, Fulani United, Nigeria Artisans, League of Imams, Nigeria Traders, Yoruba United, Mega Political Coalition, Kanuris United, Almalgamated Coalitions, CEG Groups and Nigeria Legions United.

Amidst the coalition, celebrities are pulling out drums for the man who is considered a force in Nigeria’s politics.
Latest to declare his support for Obi/Datti is Falz.
In a video shared online, Falz urged Nigerians never to make any excuse for not voting because it is time to decide their future.
He noted that the Labour Party (LP) movement had grown within a short time to become a formidable third force.

According to him, the people have decided who they want as their leader.
The rapper urged youths to forget about those that will discourage them from voting and focus on the goal to decided who rules.
