Nigerian singers, Waje and Yemi Alade have taken to their handles to hail their colleague, Tems after she was unveiled as one of the nominees of the Golden Globe Awards. Tems bagged the nomination following her songwriting efforts in the song “Lift Me Up”, a lead single for the “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” soundtrack.

The sensational singer was nominated under the Best Original Song Category alongside Rihanna, Ryan Coogler, and Ludwig Goransson. The news was also disclosed by Marvel studio’s Twitter page where they complimented the artistes on their efforts. “Congratulations to Tems, Rihanna, Ryan Coogler, and Ludwig Göransson for their Golden Globe Nomination for Best Original Song! #WakandaForever #GoldenGlobes,“ it wrote.
The “Free mind” singer had also retweeted the post where she wrote; “My God!! this one is too much❤️”
Joining other Nigerians to congratulate the singer, Waje via her Instagram reposted Tems post with the caption: ‘This is a big deal!!!!! Big congratulations @temsbaby.’

Yemi Alade described the singer as a World Wide Baby, saying, ”Big Tems @temsbaby is a WORLD WIDE BABY!!! Congratulations to you and your entire team”.
