Nigeria’s President-elect, Bola Tinubu has received another congratulatory message. This time from Ukraine President, Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

Zelensky in a statement made available to journalists through the Office of the President-elect and signed by Tunde Rahman congratulated Tinubu on his victory at the presidential election.

He also invited the Nigerian president-elect to visit his country.

To him, his country is determined to further strengthen cooperation with Nigeria.

Peaceful Election

Zelensky in the congratulatory letter sent to Tinubu, says he was delighted about the peaceful conduct of Nigeria’s elections and particularly the victory of Tinubu as the next President of Nigeria.

Zelenskyy invited Tinubu to visit Ukraine as soon as he settles down in office after the inauguration on May 29, 2023.
