Noise is a big issue outside Nigeria and that is because of what it could do to the mind.
Imaging listening to a particular promotion all through the day because you sat close to where the speaker was.
When you sit in your home, in the cool of the evening, that sound will attain a play-back mode in your mind.
That alone, on its own is a big distraction to your mind and will reduce your productivity.
