One can easily argue that the Igbos are the most industrious, resilient and innovative tribe in Nigeria.
The Igbo people are entrepreneurial in nature, they engage in business & other commercial activities.
They are born Hustlers. The Igbo apprenticeship system known as “Ịgba boy” is a case study of how wealth is circulated.
They are well spread across the country, as it is evident in many states.
Recently, during the 2023 governorship election in Lagos, the Igbos reportedly suffered heavy intimidation.
Some persons, who claim to be the owners of Lagos had alleged that the Igbos have dominated the state, hence, a tribal war almost set in during the said period.
The Pan-African Projects
Amidst these struggles, someone strongly believes that the Igbos are capable of leading and managing projects under the Pan-African Job Centres.
That person is King Charles Lambert.
Lambert is the founder of the Black Wall Street and innovator of Compassionate Capitalism.
He earlier announced the creation of the Pan African Job Centre.
The aim is to help curb unemployment in Africa by creating over 300 million jobs for African youths across the continent.
Why Igbos?
According to Lambert, the Igbos are go-getters who hardly say ‘No’ to challenges.
To him, they can think of solutions at all costs and are always positive and passionate to succeed.
Hence, King Lambert is set to allocate the 105,000 project manager opportunities to the Igbos under the Pan African Job Centre.
He made this known in a short statement made available to journalists.
Lambert explains the need for Tribe Based Job Allocations.
He says that one damaging thing that came from European colonisation was the failed attempts to create nations/countries, destroying tribes in the name of curbing tribalism.
“Africans are known mostly through the tribes than any other geographic expression.
The tribes tell us who is a good hunter, a builder, or a fighter and it was far easier to get the right people for the right opportunities when you target through tribes.
“We are going to allocate specific opportunities to specific tribes in Africa going forward.
The Right People
“This is to ensure we have the right people for every opportunity grossly reducing the failure associated with almost everything in Africa.

“The 105,000 Project Managers will be targeted to Igbos because they will never give an excuse why they didn’t deliver.
“They are resourceful, dynamic, travel around freely.
“They have a history of having developed lands that are supposedly not traditionally theirs than any other tribe in the history of Africa.
