The OTIS (crude oil) tanker carrying a 950,000 barrel cargo of crude set sail on December 6 and is en route to Lekki.

As the Dangote refinery prepares for production, Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC), has provided its initial crude supplies.

Information has it that the crude oil tanker arrived on Thursday, December 7 around 8:00 p.m.

The Dangote refinery was commissioned by former president Muhammadu Buhari in May and Nigerians expected it to have commenced production immediately.
