Popular afropop musician, Burna Boy, has slammed the founder of Saharareporters, Omoyele Sowore, for inviting him to the October 1st #RevolutionNow protest.
Sowore had taken to Twitter to challenge the artiste to live up to his reputation and join the protest, but Burna wasn’t having it as he lashed out and said he did not trust Politicians.
Recall that Sowore contested the 2019 presidential election and lost to President Muhammadu Buhari.
Following the reactions on Burnaboy’s tweet, Sowore quoted the tweet and said ”I am not one of the persons who you could describe as ‘Fela’s fan after he died.”
