Nigerian singer Sulaimon Shekoni Solomon, popularly known as Khaid, has sparked speculation about a possible fallout with his record label after expressing his desire for freedom.
In a series of posts on his X handle, the “Carry Me Go” crooner disclosed that he would be needing lawyers to handle pressing personal matters.

Also, he added that he feels weighed down by control and expectations.
“They want control. I want freedom. Let’s see who wins,” Khaid wrote.
The singer also urged young lawyers to explore opportunities in the entertainment industry, pointing to a growing need for professional legal services.
“These graduating lawyers better be in the entertainment scene. Y’all got work to do. Need me like five. Matter full ground. Time will tell,” he added.
While his posts have stirred speculation about leaving his current label, Khaid has not confirmed or denied any moves.
