Niger State Governor Mohammed Umar Bago marks his 52nd birthday with prayers and concern over the displacement of communities due to security challenges.

On Sunday, the governor said that there’s no better time to pray for God’s mercy and intervention than now.
“Coinciding with both Ramadan and Lent, he calls for an interfaith prayer for the nation.
“I dedicate the day for special prayers across the state and in all places of worship for God to bring unity to the people,” he added.
While appreciating God for all He has done for him in life, the governor thanked the Permanent Secretary, Government House Minna, Hajiya Hauwa Wali, cabinet members and all those making contributions for organising the prayer session and towards the success of the administration.
