Investors in the MOFI Real Estate Investment Fund (MoFIREIT) will receive fresh income following the fund’s second-half 2025 performance.

MoFIRIET H2-2025 Dividend Announcement
ARM Investment Managers Ltd announced in a corporate actions notice submitted to the NGX on February 19, 2026 that it will distribute cash to Series I and Series II investors.
Series I units will earn ₦3.7468 per unit, while Series II units will attract ₦9.7192 per unit.
The payout gap highlights the differing risk-return structures of the two classes.
Qualification And Payment Details
The fund will apply the dividends to the period ending December 31, 2025, subject to withholding tax and regulatory approvals.
Investors whose names appear on the register at the close of business on February 19, 2026 will qualify for the payout.

The fund will close the register from February 23, and it will pay dividends electronically on February 27 to those who complete e-dividend mandates.
ARM urged investors who have not yet registered to act promptly, stressing that electronic payments improve efficiency and minimise unclaimed dividends.
The registrar, Africa Prudential Plc, will handle payment processing and maintain investor records while providing dedicated support channels for enquiries.
Fund Performance And Structure
Since listing on NGX in November 2025, MREIF has attracted limited trading, ranking among the least active securities.
Designed as a government initiative, the fund issued one billion units at ₦100 each to unlock value from federally owned real estate and attract investors seeking different risk-return profiles.
Series II investors now benefit from stronger income, reflected in the higher H2 2025 payout, while the fund maintains its structured approach to real estate investment in Nigeria.
