Social media personality Amadou Elizabeth, popularly known as Jarvis, has opened up about her mother’s deteriorating health and her growing fears of how the situation could be exploited on social media.
In an emotional video shared on X, Jarvis revealed that her greatest concern is that critics might record her mother in her vulnerable state and use it against her online.

“My mum is actually sick. Online is very crazy. Tomorrow, they might video her in her condition and try to use it against me. That’s the one thing I’ve been scared of — that nobody should find out my mum is not well and come and speak against me on social media,” she said.
Jarvis explained that her mother’s illness has reached a point where money can no longer provide solutions.
Also, she stresses that healing now rests in faith and divine intervention.
“Social media will say, ‘Why didn’t you take care of her? You have all the money.’ But at this point, money can’t solve it. It’s just God, faith and belief,” she added.
The content creator praised her mother for her sacrifices, noting that she single-handedly raised her children without support from their Senegalese father.
“I love my mum. She really tried. She fought for us and defended us without any father’s support,” Jarvis said emotionally.
