Nigerian media personality and actress Toke Makinwa has stirred conversations online after sharing her candid views on infidelity and gender dynamics.
Speaking on a recent episode of her Toke Moments podcast, Makinwa argued that women cheat more than men, but are often more discreet about it.

According to her, cheating comes more easily to women compared to men, who usually have to invest money, time and effort to be unfaithful.
The movie star noted that this realisation has influenced her personal stance on relationships.
She revealing that cheating is not an absolute dealbreaker for her, although it comes with conditions.
Addressing common perceptions, Makinwa explained that society often treats cheating as something exclusive to men, a notion she strongly disagrees with.
Also, she questioned why men are made to feel “special” for cheating when women are equally capable of infidelity.
She further stated that while men often go out of their way to cheat, women are usually on the receiving end, making the act less stressful for them.
According to her, women often have emotional connections such as “work boyfriends,” which can easily cross boundaries.
Makinwa emphasised that a woman’s faithfulness is not necessarily because she lacks opportunities to cheat, but rather because of self-control and strength.
