Actress Regina Daniels’ younger brother, Samuel Ojeogwu, popularly known as Sammy West, has regained his freedom after fulfilling his bail conditions.
A court sitting in Abuja on Monday, November 10, 2025, granted him bail following his remand over alleged offences bordering on criminal conspiracy, trespass, assault, criminal intimidation, and theft.
Sammy was arraigned Thursday, November 6, 2025 and subsequently remanded in prison custody.
However, his legal team returned to court with a bail application, which was approved by the judge on Monday, November 10, 2025.
A viral video circulating on social media shows the entertainer celebrating his release while expressing gratitude to his family, friends, and everyone who supported him during the ordeal.
