Delta North Senator, Ned Nwoko, has revealed that his wife, popular Nollywood actress Regina Daniels, must undergo rehabilitation to address drug abuse and protect her health.
Speaking in an interview with newsmen on Sunday, November 9, 2025, Ned Nwoko emphasised that the decision was crucial for the 25-year-old actress to be in the right state of mind to raise their two children.
According to Nwoko, a series of toxicology reports indicated dangerously high levels of harmful substances in Regina Daniels’ system, prompting serious concern for her well-being.
He disclosed that her once calm personality had recently changed, noting that she had begun exhibiting violent and destructive behavior, coupled with frequent health crises.
“I want her alive and healthy, not just for me, but for our children,” Nwoko stated.
“We have two young kids together, and they cannot fight for themselves, so I’m going to fight for them by safeguarding their mother.”
“Many people have died of drug overdose, and if anything happens to her now, what will I tell her children tomorrow?” he added.
