The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has raided Proxy Nightclub, located at 7 Akin Adesola Street, Victoria Island, Lagos
This was where a drug-themed party was allegedly in progress.
According to a statement issued on Saturday, 26th October, by the agency’s spokesperson, Femi Babafemi, NDLEA operatives arrested over 100 suspects.
This includes the club’s owner, Mike Eze Nwalie Nwogu, popularly known as Pretty Mike.
The statement revealed that cartons of illicit substances, such as Loud and laughing gas, were recovered from both the attendees and the club’s storage facility.
Babafemi further explained that the operation followed credible intelligence about the planned drug party.
Also, NDLEA officers had infiltrated the event around 11 p.m. on Saturday, 25th October.
He executed the raid at 3 a.m. the following morning in line with the agency’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

The arrested suspects are currently undergoing screening and interrogation as part of the ongoing investigation.
