Nollywood star Yvonne Jegede has weighed in on the ongoing controversy surrounding Regina Daniels and her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko.
This follows allegations of domestic violence.
In a candid post shared on Instagram, Yvonne Jegede urged Regina to walk away from her marriage if the abuse claims are true.
She stresses that violence should never be tolerated, regardless of who the victim is.
“Regina, you are still very young. If there’s violence in your marriage, please carry your bag and leave. There’s no sugarcoating when it comes to abuse — whether it’s a man or woman,” Yvonne Jegede wrote.

She further encouraged Regina to prioritise her mental health and her sons’ wellbeing.
Also, she emphasisies that peace of mind is more valuable than staying in a toxic relationship.
