Tens of thousands gathered Sunday, September 21, at State Farm Stadium for the memorial service of conservative activist Charlie Kirk.
The 73,000-seat venue filled quickly, with thousands more sent to an overflow arena nearby.

Turning Point USA, Kirk’s organization, said about 200,000 people registered for the event.
Speakers included President Donald Trump, Vice President JD Vance, and Kirk’s widow, Erika Kirk, who shared an emotional message of forgiveness.
The memorial combined prayer, tributes, and political rhetoric, with Trump calling Kirk “a fearless fighter for America.”
Security was tight, and officials confirmed an armed man was arrested before the service began.
Supporters described the event as both a farewell and a call to continue Kirk’s legacy.
