Reality TV star, Phyna, has apologised for her earlier tweets alleging that some Yoruba boys damaged her car after she refused to give them money.
In a heartfelt statement, the BBNaija winner admitted that her comments were made in anger and were not meant to malign the Yoruba tribe or stir division.

She explained that the incident was carried out by individuals and should not be generalised to an entire ethnic group.
Phyna wrote:
“I must admit I let my anger get the best of me with the tweets I made earlier. I had a lot going on, including fixing the scratches and replacing what was taken from my car. It wasn’t my intention to malign the Yoruba tribe or cause division. The damage could have been done by anyone from any tribe. I am not a bigot. I love all tribes, and I have worked extensively with my Yoruba brothers and sisters in my creative journey.”
She added that though her outburst was regrettable, it was purely human error, not prejudice.
