The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar and his wife, Titi Abubakar on Tuesday stormed the palace of the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi.

Atiku’s running mate, Ifeanyi Okowa (Governor of Delta State) was also in attendance.
The former vice president alongside other members of entourage visited the monarch at his palace in Ile-Ife, Osun State.
The wife of the PDP presidential candidate in a post on her Twitter account on Tuesday said she and her husband paid a courtesy visit to the Ooni of Ife.
At the time of filing this report, the details of Atiku’s meeting with the monarch ahead of the 2023 presidential election has not been disclosed.
