An unidentified woman has been spotted rigging a local government election in Lagos on Saturday.
The yet-to-be-identified woman was caught on camera thumbprinting ballot papers at an unknown polling unit in the state.
In the video obtained on Twitter, three parties including the Peoples Democratic Party, can be seen on the ballot paper, but the woman thumbprinted in support of the All Progressives Congress on multiple papers.
