Many persons have described the heavy downpour of rain on Inauguration Day as doom for Nigeria.
To others, the heavy rain symbolises “tears from ‘Heaven’, meaning ‘God is weeping for Nigeria’.
Laughable things that people say.
Before now, Nigerians had tagged May 29, 2023 ‘Black Monday’. To these persons, today is the day ‘democracy died’.
Whether the above assertion is true or not, the emerging circumstances and the damaging effects of the rain makes it very easy for one to give it a thought.
Earlier today, officials at the Eagle Square; the venue for Bola Tinubu’s inauguration, engaged in extra cleaning after the rain messed up the podium.
