A video capturing the moment controversial disk jockey, DJ Chicken was mercilessly beaten in Lagos has surfaced online and is spreading like wildfire.
He was reportedly ambushed by a popular socialite, Abu Abel and his gang.
They attacked him and beat him to a pulp.
What Did DJ Chicken Do?
The DJ had allegedly ridiculed the socialite during one of his live sessions on Instagram where he belittled him.
According to him, “Abu Abel amounts to nothing”.
In reaction, Abu Abel lured the disc jockey to a location where he was met by the socialite’s gang.
He was beaten mercilessly with plank and every object in sight.

The street DJ could be heard begging one Abu Abel, in Yoruba, ‘I am your son’, as the group of boys assaulted him asking him to lie down.
He was also made to retract his statement and apologise to Abu Abel on a live-streaming session.

With swollen eyes and a bleeding mouth, DJ Chicken obliged the request and was told to roll back and forth on a sandy surface.
