The Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2023 presidential election, Atiku Abubakar has joined the long list of VIPs who have paid a visit to the immediate past President, Muhammadu Buhari.
Atiku, a former Vice President, visited Buhari at his Daura residence on Saturday, June 22, 2024.
The immediate past Governor of Sokoto State, Senator Aminu Tambuwal, alongside other PDP stakeholders accompanied Atiku on his visit.

Atiku’s visit to Buhari comes few days after Atiku paid a similar visit to former Military President, Ibrahim Babagida and former Head of State, Abdulsalami Abubakar, in Niger State.
Many Nigerians believe that Atiku Abubakar is up to something.
His visit to strategic people in the society could not be a mistake or coincidence.
You see, Atiku had recently met with Peter Obi, the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate in the 2023 election, sparking talks of a possible merger.
Is Atiku preparing ahead of the 2027 elections?
