When comedian Akpororo said that the Labour Party (LP), presidential candidate, Peter Obi will chase his ‘stolen mandate’ in court for eight years, many blasted him for making such comments.

Now the reality is filtering in and it is becoming difficult to deal with.
This is not the first time presidential candidates are going to court to challenge election outcome.
However, these attempts is always met with adjournment upon adjournment until everyone gets tired.
This has been the case in the ongoing Tribunal battle against president Bola Tinubu’s victory.
Again, the Presidential Election Petition Court on Monday adjourned the hearing in the petition filed by the Labour Party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi.
The court adjourned till Tuesday, July 4, 2023 due to the inability of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to open its defence as a result of the absence of three witnesses.
They will have to return on Tuesday, as the new schedule shows.
More to come.
