Toke Makinwa has shared her aspirations of becoming a Hollywood actress. The popular media personality revealed that three years ago, she made the bold decision to move to Los Angeles with dreams of breaking into the American film industry.
Makinwa explained how she took acting classes and was confident that Hollywood was the next step in her career.
However, she soon realised that the timing wasn’t right. “God decided it was not yet time,” she said, reflecting on how the journey brought her back to Nigeria to continue growing.
Despite the challenges, Makinwa remains committed to her acting career in Nigeria, acknowledging that it comes with its own set of sacrifices.
