A report had alleged that the president kept $580,000 cash in his Phala Phala game ranch.

The report presented before the assembly claimed Ramaphosa could have committed a financial crime while in office.

However, the president denied any wrongdoings and said only the assembly could decide if he did or did not.

The assembly sitting on Tuesday voted for or against the report and the majority voted against the report, thereby dismissing it.
