Napoli has received a €65 million offer from Saudi Arabian club Al Ahli for their star striker Victor Osimhen.
Al Ahli is the first club to officially submit a bid for Osimhen following recent speculation linking the Nigerian forward to Chelsea.
Football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano confirmed the offer on X, stating, “Al Ahli have submitted an initial bid to Napoli for Victor Osimhen for a package in excess of €65m.”
Despite Napoli’s willingness to negotiate, no agreement has been reached between Osimhen and Al Ahli.
Romano added that the deal is still far from finalized, as Osimhen is considering his options and is not open to a loan move.
The Super Eagles striker, who has scored 76 goals in 133 appearances for Napoli over the past four seasons, is expected to leave the Serie A club.
He was notably absent from Napoli’s squad for Sunday’s league match against Bologna.
At the international level, Osimhen has earned 31 caps for Nigeria, scoring 21 goals.
