Bellingham made his major tournament debut at Euro 2020, followed by the 2022 World Cup, and is now part of England’s Euro 2024 campaign at 20 years and 353 days old.

The previous record-holder, Michael Owen, was 22 years and 170 days old when he achieved this feat, while Cristiano Ronaldo was 23 years and 123 days old.

Bellingham’s impressive performance has boosted his chances of winning the Ballon d’Or, having already won La Liga and the Champions League in his debut season with 23 goals in 42 appearances.

He is expected to lead England’s midfield alongside Bukayo Saka and Phil Foden, aiming to take his team to the final.
