Celebrity businessman, Ikechukwu Ogbonna better known as IVD has been apprehended by the police following the death of his wife, Bimbo Ogbonna.
Recall that Bimbo had died after suffering from a severe burn and issues of domestic violence.

After her death, it was alleged that her husband was on the run with various accusatory fingers pointed at his direction.
However, the Police spokesperson in Lagos state, Benjamin Hundeyin has disclosed that IVD has been arrested and transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department in Yaba contrary to rumours stating that he is on the run.
He wrote:
“Contrary to claims by family and friends that 37-year-old Ikechukwu Ogbonna aka IVD is on the run, he has been arrested and transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID), Yaba.”
