Ingredients For Suya
Beef- Boneless steak.
Vegetable oil.
Stock Cube
Salt
How To Make Suya
Cut the steak across the grain into thin strips.
Add stock cube, suya spice, and salt to the beef strips.
Mix well, cover with clingfilm and leave in the fridge to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Bring out the marinated beef and thread on pre-soaked skewers.
Arrange the skewered beef on an oven rack then grill in the oven at a temperature of 175°C for 10 – 20 minutes.
Bring out of the oven, remove Suya from skewers, sprinkle with more suya spice.

You can serve with sliced onions, cabbage, tomatoes, etc.
How To Store Suya To Keep Fresh
You can store in an airtight container or wrap in foil and put in the freezer for up to 3 months.
It can be reheated in the oven or microwave when frozen.
How To Make Suya Spice (Yaji)
Suya is best eaten with a special spice called Yaji.
Yaji is a blend of different natural spices, it is easy and cheap to make.

Procedure
