The #EndBadGovernance nationwide protest is still ongoing despite president Tinubu’s order of suspension in his speech on Sunday August, 4 2024.
Angry protesters in Rivers stormed the residence of the state former governor and FCT minister, Nyesom Wike to demonstrate against the hike in the cost of living in the country.
In a viral video on Tuesday, the protesters were seen in large numbers chanting, reciting the old national anthem and carrying placards with various inscriptions.

However, the house was guarded by heavy security personnel wielding rifles.
