The Public Relations Officer of the Nigeria Police Force, Muyiwa Adejobi, while speaking on the detained minors from the #EndBadGovernance protest has said that children from seven years can be charged to court.
However, he said there are processes to be followed in such situations.
“Once you are more than 7 years
old, you can be charged to court, none of them is less than 7.

The fact that you are 13 years old does not mean you can’t be charged to court,” he said.
