The legal counsel to the federal government, Rimazonte Ezekiel has attacked the news making the rounds online about the arraignment of 76 minors who were arrested for participating in #EndBadGovernance protest.
According to Barr. Ezekiel, the detained young boys are adults who were trying to disrupt the democracy that Nigeria is currently enjoying.
“These boys that we brought to the court today are all adults. Most of them are married men, none of them is a minor!
“Some of them are University graduates.
“Everybody is enjoying their fundamental right.
“Everyone is enjoying free movement and everything is moving fine in the country.
These boys started violent protest for no reason with foreign flags
Is that what we want in this country?
Furthermore, he urged Nigerians to ignore the defense counsel.
”Don’t mind the defense counsel, they will always find something to say about the Nigerian police.

“Forget about what people are saying, all the individuals charged to court are adults,”Rimazonte said.
