Dolly Parton has expressed her deep gratitude after being ranked No. 1 on Billboard’s 100 Greatest Country Artistes of All Time list.
The legendary country music icon shared her heartfelt appreciation exclusively with the publication.
In a message to her fans, Dolly Parton reflected on her childhood dreams, recalling how she would listen to the Grand Ole Opry and admire country music legends like Hank Williams, Kitty Wells, and Johnny Cash.
“I just want to say a great big thank you to the folks at Billboard, but most of all to you, the fans,” she said. “I take none of this for granted.”
