Cardi B released her new song, “Like What (Freestyle),” today, on Friday, March 1, 2024.
Earlier, She excited fans by sharing the cover on social media. In the picture, Cardi wore pearls, bows, flowers, pink eyebrows, and matching nails.
The caption said, “YA FOUND ME. ‘Like What (Freestyle)’ drops on FRIDAY.”

Before this, Cardi had teased the song on her Instagram Story with a short video. In the clip, she rapped, “I ain’t even got dressed any L that I took come after YS Oh man.” The beat was from Missy Elliott’s 1999 hit.
This is Cardi’s first solo track of the year. Last year, she collaborated with Megan Thee Stallion on “Bongos.”
She also worked with Offset on “JEALOUSY” and with FendiDa Rappa on “Point Me 2.”
