At Anthony Village, Gbagada area of Lagos, a tanker conveying 45,000 litres of petrol fell on the newly cemented road.
Nosa Okunbor, a LASEMA spokesperson confirmed the incident.
Okunbor said the LASEMA response team undertaking a recovery operation at press time.
