Atalanta rebel and Arsenal target Ademola Lookman has reportedly agreed terms with Paris Saint-Germain.
Lookman was one of the main stars for Gian Piero Gasperini side as La Dea lifted the Europa League trophy last season, their first major honour since 1963.
Lookman scored a hat trick in the final against Bayer Leverkusen, but the Nigeria international has been looking to leave the club this summer.
He has even been trying to force the Serie A side’s hand by refusing to join training sessions.
Sky Sports Germany’s Florian Plettenberg has now reported that Lookman has reached a verbal agreement with Paris Saint-Germain over a move this summer.
Les Parisiens have opened contact with Atalanta as they look to replace Kylian Mbappe, but the report has suggested that negotiations are currently stalling.
Arsenal have also been keen on signing Lookman this summer as Mikel Arteta looks to improve the Gunners’ forward line.
The report has suggested that Arsenal are ‘closely monitoring’ developments and will be ready to pounce in case the deal falls through.
