Carlo Ancelotti has decided he won’t ‘change anything’ at Real Madrid as Kylian Mbappe demands preference over Vinicius Jr on the left wing.
Mbappe has had a horrid time on the pitch since his completing his ‘dream’ move to Real Madrid following his contract expiry at Paris Saint-Germain.
The Frenchman has been playing through the middle of the attack so far for Ancelotti’s team, with Vinicius already occupying Mbappe’s ideal position on the wing.
It has been suggested that Real Madrid could switch up their tactics in order to get the best out of their star players.
However, Diario AS reveal that Ancelotti has decided that he ‘will not change anything’ in the side to suit Mbappe as the switch would harm Vinicius’ form, and the boss believes the Brazilian is the ‘player who makes the difference’.
Mbappe has not scored in his last four games for Real Madrid, which has highlighted his major lack of form this season.
The France captain has scored eight goals in 16 games in all competitions, with three of those coming from the penalty spot.

Real Madrid are currently only six points off Barcelona with a game in hand, and they could close the gap when they face off against Leganes on Sunday, with Mbappe likely to start after getting enough rest through the international break.
