Momentum is building around Access Holdings Plc as new shares enter the market. The NGX confirmed the listing of 1.06Bn ordinary shares.

Access Holdings Capital Raise Gains Traction

Notably, the company issued the shares through a wider private placement of 1.98 billion units.

It priced the offer at ₦20.25 per share to attract investors.

As a result, the company raised ₦21.4 billion, missing its ₦39.9 billion target.

Investors subscribed to only 53.54% of the offered shares.

Subsequently, the Exchange admitted only subscribed shares to its official daily list.

Following this, the company increased total issued shares from 53.3 billion to 54.4 billion units.

Market Value Rises Steadily

This move strengthened capital while slightly diluting existing shareholder positions.

At present, the stock trades at ₦26, pushing market value to about ₦1.41 trillion.

Previously, the company held a valuation of around ₦1.38 trillion.

It climbed from ₦21 to ₦26 by 10 April 2026.

However, the company recorded an 11.95% decline during the 2025 financial year.

Now, investors appear to capitalise on that earlier price drop.

This activity makes it one of the most liquid stocks on the Exchange.

Nevertheless, the company has yet to release its audited 2025 financial statements.

Its latest results show ₦616 billion in nine-month pre-tax profit.

This figure marks a 10.4% increase compared with the previous year.

In particular, February delivered the strongest monthly return at 17.26% in 2026.

Finally, the stock trades under the ticker ACCESSCORP on the Exchange.
