The British boxer shared a Snapchat video showing himself hitting pads, captioned “mental strength therapy,” signaling a gradual return to his routine 19 days after the tragic incident.
In other posts, Anthony Joshua shared a photo of a cardio machine displaying elapsed workout time with the caption, “I am a fighter,” highlighting his determination to push forward.
He also posted an image from his iconic 2017 heavyweight title bout against Wladimir Klitschko, where he was seen taking a punch, a moment many fans interpreted as a reminder of his resilience inside and outside the ring.
