Bandits have launched yet another assault in Kwara State, kidnapping 11 residents in a violent overnight raid.
According to Channels TV, over 20 armed men stormed the Isapa community in the Ekiti Local Government Area on Monday.

They arrives with a large herd of cattle and firing sporadically.
During the chaos, an elderly woman was struck by a stray bullet.
A community leader, who spoke anonymously, confirmed that 11 people were taken, seven of whom are members of the same family.
The abducted victims include a pregnant woman, two nursing mothers, and several young children.
The identified victims are:
Talatu Kabiru (20), Magaji (6), Kande (5), Hadiza (10), Mariam (6), Saima (5), housewife Habibat and housewife Fatima Yusufu.
Also, pregnant woman Sarah Sunday (22), nursing mother Lami Fidelis (23), and another nursing mother, Haja Na Allah.
Eyewitnesses reported that the attackers moved through different parts of the town, leaving bullet holes in walls and doors.
Also, AK-47 shells were discovered scattered across the area after the gunmen escaped.
Police authorities have not yet released an official statement on the incident.

This latest kidnapping comes barely two weeks after gunmen attacked the Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) in the same local government area
