Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Tuoyo Ideh, has announced plans to take legal action against the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) following his arrest during a raid on a Lagos nightclub on Sunday, October 26, 2025.
Operatives of the NDLEA reportedly stormed the club in the early hours of the morning, detaining several clubgoers along with the club owner.
The agency stated that the operation was carried out after receiving intelligence about an alleged “drug party” at the venue.
Tuoyo, however, took to social media to decry his arrest, alleging that he was assaulted by the operatives for speaking out online about the incident.
In a post shared on his Instagram page on Wednesday night, October 29, 2025, Tuoyo vowed to pursue legal redress against the NDLEA for what he described as a violation of his fundamental human rights.
