Actress Nkechi Blessing has clapped back at a troll who attempted to shame her on social media over marriage.
She stresses that being in the spotlight does not give anyone the right to attack her personal life.
In a video shared on Instagram, the actress questioned why people feel entitled to comment on her marital status simply because she is a celebrity.
Also, she reminded her followers that she is human, with emotions, and does not appreciate being judged based on age, marital status, or personal choices.
“Is it okay for someone to come at you unprovoked? Marriage shames you, children shame you. Just like that? Because you are a so-called celebrity. I’ve always said this. I’m not a celebrity, you know. I am human just like you,” she said.
Nkechi Blessing also disclosed that she directly confronted the troll in her DMs, exchanging sharp words
Also, she makes it clear she would not be bullied.
“You give me, I give you, and then everybody go dey okay. Then you now run kitikiti–katakata, you were crying because of just one line. But you, you write plenty now. Like I said, I’m not a celebrity. You bring rubbish to me. I give you rubbish back,” she added.

Captioning her post, Nkechi wrote: “Nobody sees the trigger, they only see your Reaction. What a world we live in… Like I said, Aura for Aura. Nobody can mess with my mental health, never.”
