Suspected Fulani herdsmen stabs Commercial motorcycle operator to death in Delta

Suspected Fulani herdsmen have attacked and stabbed a Commercial motorcycle operator, Jamilu Umaru to death in Udjevwu Community in Udu Local Government Area of Delta State.

The Suspected Fulani herdsmen also dispossessed the deceased of his motorbike on Friday, January 17, DAILY POST can report.

When contacted for comments, the Delta State Commissioner of Police, CP Mohammed Hafiz Inuwa confirmed the report in a telephone chat with Our Correspondent on Sunday.

CP Inuwa said the deceased was robbed of his motorbike.

He said the police “will not rest its oars until the perpetrators are apprehended.”

This is coming days after a motorcycle operator, Monoria Ofishe was murdered by suspected armed robbers who buried his remains in a shallow grave at Mosogar Community in Ethiope-West Local.
