Singer Seun Kuti has disclosed his involvement in the unfolding controversy between Bobrisky, and VeryDarkMan.
The saga began when VeryDarkMan released an alleged voice recording of Bobrisky.
He claimed the crossdresser bribed Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) officials with ₦15 million to dismiss a money laundering charge against him.
In the recording, Bobrisky also boasted that, despite being sentenced to six months in prison, he never spent a day behind bars.
Instead, he claimed that his influential “godfather” arranged for him to serve his sentence in a private lodge.
However, on Wednesday, Bobrisky denied these allegations.
Also, he labels the viral recording as fake and insisting that he fully served his prison term.
Reacting to the controversy, Seun Kuti revealed that he played a crucial role in pushing for the exposé.
During an Instagram live session, Kuti explained that he was the first person VeryDarkMan confided in about the existence of the recording.
