Sean “Diddy” Combs, the renowned music mogul and entrepreneur, was denied bail for the third time on Wednesday by a New York City judge.
He faces serious charges, including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation for prostitution.
The decision was handed down by US District Judge Arun Subramanian.
Also, he cited concerns over public safety and the risk of witness tampering.
Diddy has pleaded not guilty to the criminal charges.
Also, he denied over two dozen accusations of sexual assault filed against him in separate civil lawsuits.
Furthermore, Prosecutors allege that he operated a “criminal enterprise” involving forced labor, kidnapping, and intimidation.
Adding to his legal woes, prosecutors presented evidence that Diddy misused jail communications to influence witnesses and manipulate public opinion.
They claim he used the inmate messaging app ContactMeASAP to send hundreds of messages, including to unauthorised contacts.
Furthermore, he is also accused of coercing individuals to post on social media in his defense.
This includes orchestrating a video featuring his children to evoke sympathy.

However, the criminal charges are compounded by civil lawsuits accusing Combs of abuse, coercion, blackmail, and threats, with some claims involving underage victims.
