What Sanwo Olu Revealed

  1. Effective from Next Week, Civil Servants from Level 1-13 have been directed to work for 3 times in a week, as a forms of relief taken by the State Government to cushion the effects of the economic hardship.
  2. 25% cut in transport fares in all Lagos State public transport system starting from this weekend including water transportation and our Railways as an intervention to this current hardship being faced by citizenry
  3. Free delivery in all the General Hospitals in Lagos State as a means to alleviate the excruciating pains sufferings and hardship in the Health sector
  4. On inflation: We will open Sunday Markets in at least 42 identified markets across Lagos state. Residents will be able to buy food items at a discounted price. Also, You will only need able to buy items worth up to N25,000.
  5. Lagos state government will reduce the number of days civil servants will be working from the office. However, Classroom Teachers and others who will be working on site 5 days in a week will get additional transport support from the state government.”
  6. Lagos State is set to engage “Mama put” and restaurants to feed 1,000 people in each local government per day
