Real Madrid are confident that Kylian Mbappe does not need surgery on the broken nose that he suffered at Euro 2024.
The France international has finally completed a move to Real Madrid after several years of intense speculation.
He has become the latest ‘Galactico’ addition for Blancos president Florentino Perez after leaving Paris Saint-Germain as a free agent.
Mbappe’s official unveiling in the Spanish capital drew a sell-out crowd, with fans desperate to get a glimpse of their new hero.
He will, however, not be involved in Real’s pre-season tour of the United States – with no risks being taken on his fitness after European Championship duty.
The 25-year-old is also being given time to fully recover from the hefty blow to his face that was suffered on July 17 and left him sporting a protective mask.
According to AS, Real’s medical team believe that no further action will be needed there, with an operation being avoided.

It is claimed that Mbappe will join up with his new team-mates on August 8, when they return from the United States.
That means his debut for the Champions League and La Liga title holders is being lined up for a UEFA Super Cup showdown with Europa League winners Atalanta on August 14.
