Following the recent breakdown of social media activities, Popular Nigerian fashion stylist, Yomi Casual has sent out a word of advise to new celebrities in town.
According to Yomi, the 21st century celebrities should learn to respect their older colleagues who have carved a name for themselves before the existence of social media.

The stylist made this statement on October 5, 2021 following the shutdown of the world’s popular social media apps.
He wrote:
“This should serve as a lesson to y’all 21st century celebrities and online business owners. You are nothing without the media. Respect those who made it to the top without social media #TheStruggleIsDifferent,”
It would be recalled that Whatsapp, Facebook and Instagram collapsed for some hours on October 4, 2021 leaving its users frastrated.
The company however offered an apology in a brief statement released after the services were restored just close to midnight.
“To the huge community of people and businesses around the world who depend on us: we’re sorry.
“We’ve been working hard to restore access to our apps and services and are happy to report they are coming back online now,”
