The drama between actress Tonto Dikeh and her ex-boyfriend, Prince Kpokpogri seems to be getting tougher by the day as he filed a suit against her and the Department of State Services (DSS).
This came few weeks after he was invited by the DSS for questioning noting that he is seeking the enforcement of his fundamental rights.

In the suit filed on September 22, 2021, the politician demanded the sum of N10 billion as compensation for the mental trauma, emotional stress and severe damage caused him due to the invitation extended to him by the DSS.
He also prayed for a restraining order to stop the DSS from inviting him again following the petition filed against him by Dikeh.
Recall that in the petition, the actress accused him of blackmail, extortion and obtaining false pretense.
It also demanded that Kpokpogri releases a Toyota Hilux truck belonging to Dikeh in his possession.
